1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

BabyNameMuslim provides an Islamic baby name discovery platform that includes:

- •Quranic name database with verified Surah and Ayah references
- •Sahabi and Sahabiyya names from the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
- •AI-powered name search and recommendation features
- •The ability for registered users to save and manage name shortlists
- •Multi-origin name browsing: Arabic, Persian, Turkish, Urdu
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
3User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features of the Service (such as saving names), you must register for a free account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3.2 Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
3.3 One Account Per User
You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.

5Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
The Service and its original content, including the name database, name descriptions, Urdu meanings, Arabic script data, Quranic references, AI-generated recommendations, design, code, graphics, logos and text are the exclusive property of BabyNameMuslim and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the Service (such as name suggestions or feedback), you grant BabyNameMuslim a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
5.3 AI-Generated Content
Some content on BabyNameMuslim, including name descriptions, Urdu meanings, origin summaries and name suggestions, is created or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or cultural inaccuracies. All such content is provided for informational purposes only. For religious rulings and guidance, always consult a qualified Islamic scholar.

5.4 Trade Marks
"BabyNameMuslimâ„¢" and associated logos and marks are trade marks of Simply Algos LLC. You may not use our trade marks without our prior written consent.
6Saved Names & User Data
When you save names or create shortlists in your account, that data is stored securely and associated with your account. You retain full ownership of your personal name lists and shortlists.
We do not guarantee the permanent availability of saved data. In the event of account deletion, all associated saved names will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We do not use the content of your personal name lists for advertising or marketing purposes.
7Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
The name meanings, Quranic references, Sahabi attributions, Urdu meanings and other informational content on our Service are for informational and cultural reference purposes only. They should not be treated as authoritative Islamic rulings. Always consult a qualified Islamic scholar for matters of religious guidance.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BabyNameMuslim, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your saved names and personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and sending an email notification to registered account holders.
